What Happens Next:
Within 1-2 business days, we'll email you two custom preview options of your pet's portrait.
Both will have watermarks (so you know they're yours), and you get to pick your favorite.

Here's the Important Part:
Nothing prints until you approve it.

Once you approve, we print your portrait on premium materials and ship it straight to your door, carefully packaged so it arrives in perfect condition.

🕒 How long does the entire process take?
Short answer: 7-12 days from upload to delivery.
Longer answer:
- 1-2 days: We create your previews
- Your timeline: You review and approve (could be 5 minutes, could be 2 days—up to you)
- 3-5 days: We print and ship
The faster you approve, the faster it ships. But take your time. This is custom art. We want you to love it.

First off, most people love their previews. But if you don't, reach out to us at [email protected] with specific feedback.
We'll work with you to get it right.
Fair warning: Creating new variations means our team has to start over, which adds 3-5 days to your timeline.
Pro tip: If you're going custom, be as specific as possible upfront. "Make my dog look like a Viking" is good. "Make my dog look like a Viking warrior with a horned helmet, holding a sword, Nordic background" is better. The more detail, the better we nail it on the first try.

Short answer: Nope.
Why? Once you submit your photo, our process starts immediately. We're unable to swap photos after checkout.

If you just want the digital files (no physical print), you can order the Digital Download for $67.
