By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

PetPicPortraits.com is a print-on-demand service that creates customized pet portraits from user-submitted photos. All products are made to order, and each order includes a manual review and approval step before going into production.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order or use this site. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. How Orders Work

To ensure quality and satisfaction, we follow a customized, manual review process for every order:

Step-by-step process:

1. You place your order on our website, selecting your portrait style, size, and shipping preferences.
2. You upload your pet's photo and complete the checkout process using Stripe.
3. We receive your order and create four unique portrait variations based on your image and instructions.
4. Within 1–3 business days, we send you a private review link to view the watermarked sample portraits.
5. You choose your favorite version by submitting your selection via the form.
6. Once approved, your chosen portrait is submitted to our production partner Gelato, and sent to print.
7. Your final, physical product is printed and shipped to the address you provided.

4. Approval & Fulfillment Policy

• Orders are not printed immediately. They enter production only after your approval.
• Preview images are watermarked and cannot be used or reproduced.
• If we do not receive your approval within 7 days, we will follow up. After 10 days without response, we reserve the right to proceed with the best version at our discretion.
• Once your approval is submitted, the order becomes final and cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

We reserve the right to change product pricing or offer promotions at any time.

6. Refunds & Returns

Because all products are made-to-order and customized:

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for approved and printed items
• If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days for a replacement
• If your product is lost in transit, we'll reprint and reship it at no cost
• Slight color or layout variations are normal due to the nature of digital printing and are not eligible for refunds

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full rights to the images you submit. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

• Modify and create derivative works (the artwork)
• Display watermarked previews for your review
• Fulfill and deliver the product

All original designs, branding, and website content are property of BiznMotion LLC and may not be reused or copied without permission.

8. Email & SMS Communication

By providing your email or mobile number, you consent to receive:

• Order confirmations and approval links (transactional)
• Optional promotional content via email or text

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Message/data rates may apply. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Affiliate Recommendations

From time to time, we may recommend pet-related products or services through our emails, blog, or other content. Some of these may contain affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them — at no additional cost to you.

We only recommend products we genuinely believe can benefit our audience.

10. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by user approval delays, shipping carriers, or fulfillment partners
• Minor variations in print color or composition
• User-submitted image quality that impacts print results

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PetPicPortraits.com and BiznMotion LLC against any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

• Improper use of the site
• Breach of these terms
• Submission of infringing content

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted with a new "Effective Date" at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after updates implies your acceptance.
