Pet Pic Portraits, owned and operated by BiznMotion LLC, is committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience for everyone.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We test our site against this standard and address the issues we find.

What we have done

We periodically review our site with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, with particular attention to the pages people use to create and order a portrait. As part of a review completed on August 4, 2026, we made our photo-upload and portrait configurator fully operable by keyboard and assistive technology, improved color contrast for readability, added clear labels to navigation and form controls, and added a skip-to-content link. This work is ongoing.

A note on accessibility overlays

We do not use third-party accessibility overlay widgets. We prefer to fix accessibility issues in the site itself so the experience works with your own assistive technology.
