Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Fulfillment & Artwork Approval Process
Before your order is printed or shipped:
- You upload your pet's photo on a style page and see your portrait in well under a minute, free. Try again or switch styles until it's the one you want.
- You pay for the preview you approved. What you approve is what gets printed.
- Mercy and her team check each portrait next to your photo before it prints, and it's fitted to the size and frame you chose.
- It goes into production. How long it takes depends on the product, as the delivery times below show.
📌 We guarantee every portrait is sized and fitted to the size you choose. If anything is cropped, arrives damaged, or doesn't sit right, we replace it free. All sales are final, with no cancellations or refunds. Edits are free: add yours to Notes for our team when you order, and we send you the revision before we print or deliver it.
2. Premium Print Production
Every Pet Pic portrait is custom-printed to order by our premium fulfillment partner, not mass-produced. Each piece is made individually using gallery-quality materials and archival-grade inks.
- Made in the USA, all physical products are printed and shipped from within the United States.
- Quality over speed, because every piece is made to order, production times vary by product type (see below).
3. Delivery Times
All estimated times begin after checkout. Production times vary by product type because each piece is individually crafted. Transit time is in addition to production time.

Transit is standard ground within the continental US and typically runs 3 to 5 business days on every product, prints, canvas and framed pieces alike. During the holiday season, production and shipping may take longer, we will notify customers of ordering deadlines for holiday delivery.
📌 Canvas is stretched over a wood frame and custom framed pieces are assembled to order, so both take longer than a flat print. The Classic Framed Print is not custom framed; it has its own row above, with the classic hanging posters. Pet Pic Portraits has some frames that ship within 5 to 7 business days, and others that take on average 3 weeks to ship. Frames that ship fast are marked. A digital add-on on a physical order is emailed within 1 to 2 business days of your order.
4. Packaging
We take protection seriously. Your wall art is packaged securely to ensure safe delivery:
- Canvas Prints: Shipped in reinforced boxes
- Posters: Rolled image-inward and packed in sturdy tubes with protective wrapping
All packaging is optimized to meet local shipping standards and minimize damage in transit.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the product type, size, destination, and chosen method (Standard or Express). Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
6. Shipping Locations
Physical prints ship within the United States only. We do not ship physical products internationally at this time.
📌 Outside the US? Our digital downloads are available worldwide, order any portrait as a digital file with no shipping required.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is printed and shipped, you will receive an email with live tracking information. You'll be able to monitor your package every step of the way.
8. Shipping Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete recipient information
- P.O. Box limitations (in some countries)
If a package is returned to sender due to address issues or non-collection, you'll need to pay reshipping fees.
9. Delivery Guarantee & Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Holidays or peak seasons
- Customs processing
- Extreme weather or courier disruptions
We recommend ordering early, especially for gifts or holiday deliveries.
