Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Fulfillment & Artwork Approval Process

Before your order is printed or shipped:

  1. You customize your portrait and place an order.
  2. Our team creates two sample versions based on your photo and instructions.
  3. You receive a private review link to select your favorite design.
  4. Once you approve the final design, your portrait is sent to our premium print partner for production and fulfillment.

📌 Your order will not begin production until we receive your approval.

2. Premium Print Production

Every Pet Pic portrait is custom-printed to order by our premium fulfillment partner — not mass-produced. Each piece is individually crafted using gallery-quality materials and archival-grade inks.

  • Made in the USA — all physical products are printed and shipped from within the United States.
  • Quality over speed — because every piece is made to order, production times vary by product type (see below).

3. Delivery Times

All estimated times begin after checkout. Production times vary by product type because each piece is individually crafted. Transit time is in addition to production time.

Transit time is approximately 3–5 business days within the continental US via standard shipping. During the holiday season, production and shipping may take longer — we will notify customers of ordering deadlines for holiday delivery.

📌 Framed products take longer because each frame is custom-assembled. Premium and limited-edition frame styles may require additional time depending on availability.

4. Packaging

We take protection seriously. Your wall art is packaged securely to ensure safe delivery:

  • Canvas Prints: Shipped in reinforced boxes
  • Posters: Rolled image-inward and packed in sturdy tubes with protective wrapping

All packaging is optimized to meet local shipping standards and minimize damage in transit.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the product type, size, destination, and chosen method (Standard or Express). Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

6. Shipping Locations

Physical prints ship within the United States only. We do not ship physical products internationally at this time.

📌 Outside the US? Our digital downloads are available worldwide — order any portrait as a digital file with no shipping required.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is printed and shipped, you will receive an email with live tracking information. You'll be able to monitor your package every step of the way.

8. Shipping Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete recipient information
  • P.O. Box limitations (in some countries)

If a package is returned to sender due to address issues or non-collection, you'll need to pay reshipping fees.

9. Delivery Guarantee & Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Holidays or peak seasons
  • Customs processing
  • Extreme weather or courier disruptions

We recommend ordering early, especially for gifts or holiday deliveries.
