Hand it to us

Custom request

A custom request is the white glove path. You hand it to us, a person here makes the portrait, and we go back and forth with you until it is right. Nothing prints until you say so.

Send one photo of each pet, tell us what you picture, and we email you a link to look at. You do not have to work the website.

$50normally $100

Asking is free. The white glove fee goes on your order only when you approve the portrait.

  • Build it yourself with your own words on the custom portrait page, $25.
  • Some people have had good results there from one group photo of all their pets.
  • Hand it to us here, $50, we do the work and it can be several pets.

Made for more than one pet

Most custom requests are a portrait with two or three pets in one piece. Send one photo of each pet, up to 5, and tell us how you picture them together.

The site itself paints one pet per photo today. That is coming in a later build, and this is how it is done now.

Send your custom request

One photo is enough to start, and you can add up to 5.

Upload a photo of each pet, then say what you picture. The style, the room it is going in, or let us suggest something. If it is a memorial portrait, say so and we will treat it that way.

This form is checked for bots before it is sent. You will not usually see anything.

How it goes

Three steps, and a person is on our end of all three.

You send it

Upload a photo of each pet and tell us what you picture. A sentence is plenty, and you can speak it.

We make it

A person looks at your pets and their markings, makes the portrait, and emails you a link within 24 hours.

You decide

Approve it and pick the size, or ask for a change and we will send another. The white glove fee goes on the order, and only then.
