This website provides custom-made pet artwork created through a digital illustration process, fulfilled on demand via our global print partner, Gelato. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Artistic Interpretation

All products offered are artistic representations of your pet based on the photo(s) you submit. We strive to capture their unique personality and features, but results may vary based on style, input, and print medium.

• Final artwork may not be a perfect photo-like replica
• Style and proportions are guided by our artists and automated systems
• Results depend heavily on the quality of the submitted image

2. Image Upload Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a high-resolution, clear image suitable for artistic conversion. We are not liable for poor results due to dark, blurry, or low-quality uploads.

3. Creative Previews & Approval

Each order includes a set of two preview images generated based on your uploaded photo. You will receive a private review link to choose your favorite version.

📌 Important:

• Previews are delivered with a watermark that protects the artwork during review.
• The final printed version will not include this watermark.

Once you approve your design, the selected version is submitted for printing. No changes or cancellations are allowed after this point.

4. No Guarantee of Exact Outcome

We do not guarantee:

• A specific likeness or resemblance
• Customer satisfaction based solely on subjective preference
• Perfect alignment, scale, or color matching across different mediums

Art is subjective. If you require ultra-precise replication, our service may not be suitable for your needs.
