Return & Quality Policy

At PetPicPortraits.com, every order is custom-made with care. Because each product is personalized and created just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand by the quality of our products and will make things right if anything goes wrong.
PetPicPortraits.com is owned and operated by BiznMotion LLC. Our printing and shipping is fulfilled through our trusted partner, Gelato.
1. Custom Order Workflow & Approval
To ensure accuracy and satisfaction, all orders go through the following process:
- You customize and submit your portrait order
- We generate two sample versions based on your photo and preferences
- You receive a private review link to choose your favorite (watermarked) version
- Once approved, the selected version is sent to Gelato for printing and shipping
📌 Orders do not go into production until you approve your artwork.
Once approved, all sales are final and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
2. Quality Guarantee
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement.
Covered issues include:
- Print quality errors not caused by low-resolution uploads
- Physical damage in transit
- Incorrect items or quantities
To file a claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery. You'll need:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
3. Color & Print Variations
We use industry-standard equipment and processes to ensure consistency. However, slight variations in color, alignment, or cropping can occur due to:
- Machine calibration
- Paper type
- Humidity and environment
These are considered normal and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
4. Lost Orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, we'll gladly send a replacement at no charge.
To qualify:
- The order must show no tracking updates or delivery confirmation
- The delivery address must be correct and complete
- You must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
We may verify the status with the shipping carrier before resending your order.
5. Orders Marked "Delivered" But Not Received
If tracking shows your order as "Delivered" but you did not receive it:
- Please check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building reception
- Contact the local post office or carrier directly
Unfortunately, if the carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund or free replacement, as this is outside our control. However, we're happy to offer a discounted reprint if you'd like to reorder.
6. No Returns or Exchanges
Because our portraits are custom-made and approved by you before production, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Errors made during order submission
- Personal taste preferences after approval
