Questions
What is a pet portrait poster?
It is your pet's custom AI portrait, made from one uploaded photo and printed on premium matte poster paper. It comes with a magnetic wooden hanger, so it is ready to display without a frame.
What sizes does the poster come in?
Rectangular sizes run 8x10, 11x14, 12x16, 16x20, 18x24, 20x28, 24x36, and 28x40 inches. Square options are 10x10, 12x12, 16x16, and 20x20 inches.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. A magnetic wooden hanger is included in black, white, or natural wood. It clamps the top and bottom of the poster so you can hang it on a wall or lean it on a shelf, with no frame or extra hardware needed.
Will the colors fade over time?
The poster is printed with quality inks on smooth matte paper for accurate, low-glare color. Like most paper prints, keep it out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity to help the colors stay true for years.
Can I get any art style on the poster?
Yes. You can choose from our full collection of art styles, from classic oil-painting looks to modern and playful designs. Browse them all at /styles and preview your pet before you order.
How long until my poster ships?
Posters are made to order and take about 3 to 5 business days to produce, plus shipping within the United States. If you need your portrait sooner, our digital download is delivered worldwide within about 1 to 2 business days.
How do I care for the poster?
Dust the matte surface gently with a dry, soft cloth and avoid liquids or cleaning sprays. Handle it by the wooden hanger to keep fingerprints and creases off the print.
How is a poster different from a canvas or framed print?
The poster is our accessible, lightweight matte-paper option that hangs with an included wood hanger, while canvas and framed prints offer a more finished, wall-art feel. See a full side-by-side at /products to pick the right one.
