About the Digital Download
High-resolution digital file of your custom pet portrait. Personally reviewed and corrected by our team before delivery. Print it yourself or use it as a phone wallpaper, social media post, or gift.
A digital pet portrait is a custom artwork created from a single photo of your pet, delivered as a high-resolution file you download, share, or print yourself. Nothing is shipped, so you decide how to use it: post it online, send it to family, or take it to a print shop.
Every file is reviewed and corrected before delivery, so framing looks right, your pet's name is not cut off, and the resolution is clean enough to print large.

Questions
What is a digital pet portrait?
It is a custom artwork made from one photo of your pet, delivered as a high-resolution digital file instead of a physical print. You download it and can print it, share it, or use it online however you like.
What file and resolution do I get?
You receive a single high-resolution file built for printing and screen use. The resolution is high enough to print at large sizes without looking blurry or pixelated.
Can I print it myself, and at what sizes?
Yes. Because the file is high-resolution, you can print it small for a desk frame or large for a wall. Most home and online print services accept the file directly.
Is the file checked before I receive it?
Yes. A real person reviews and corrects each file before delivery, checking framing, clarity, and that your pet's name is not cut off, so it is ready to print or share on arrival.
Can I get any art style on my digital pet portrait?
Yes. You can apply any of our art styles to your file, from oil painting looks to playful and modern options. Browse them all at /styles before you order.
How fast is delivery and is it available worldwide?
Digital downloads are delivered worldwide, usually within about 1 to 2 business days, because nothing physical is mailed. Classic fine art prints are made to order and take about 1 to 3 business days to produce, hanging posters and classic framed prints about 3 to 5, plus shipping within the United States.
How do I store and back up my file?
Save the file to your computer or cloud storage and keep a backup copy. There is nothing to clean or dust, and the file will not fade as long as you keep your saved copy safe.
How is a digital download different from a printed canvas or framed print?
A digital file gives you the artwork to print and reprint yourself at any size, while a printed product arrives ready to display with no printing on your end. See a side-by-side at /products to decide which fits you.
