Questions
What is a floating frame canvas pet portrait?
It is your pet's custom portrait printed on archival canvas and set inside a Gallery Float frame, so the canvas appears to float just inside the moulding. The artwork is generated by AI from one photo you upload, then reviewed before printing.
What sizes does the floating frame canvas come in?
It is available in 11x14, 12x12, 16x16, 16x20, 16x24, 20x20 and 24x36 inches. Square sizes suit close-up faces, while the larger rectangles make a statement on open walls.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Each piece ships fully assembled with hanging hardware already fitted to the frame. Lift it out of the box and hang it on the wall, with no framing or extra parts needed.
Will the colors fade over time?
The portrait is printed with archival pigments on archival canvas, so it is built to hold its color for decades when kept out of direct sunlight. It is a collector-grade piece made to last.
Can I get any art style on the floating frame canvas?
Yes. You can pair this canvas with any of our art styles, from oil painting to watercolor to pop art. Browse the full range at /styles and preview your pet before you order.
How long until my floating frame canvas pet portrait ships?
Floating frame canvas pieces are made to order and take on average 3 weeks to ship, then 3 to 5 business days in transit within the United States. If you need art sooner, a digital download is delivered worldwide within about 1 to 2 business days.
How do I clean and care for the canvas?
Dust the surface gently with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid water, sprays and cleaning chemicals, and keep the piece away from direct sunlight and humidity to protect the canvas and frame.
How is this different from a gallery wrap canvas?
The gallery wrap canvas hangs frameless with the image wrapping the edges, while this version adds a Gallery Float frame around the canvas for a finished, framed look. See both side by side at /products to decide which suits your space.
