What do you need from me?
One clear photo of your pet, taken in decent light, with their face visible and in focus. A phone photo is fine. We work from that single picture, so there is no sitting and no studio booking for a costume portrait.
Can I get this as a digital file instead of a print?
Yes. Every style here comes as a digital download or as a physical print. Digital downloads go anywhere in the world. Physical prints are made to order and ship inside the United States.
Does a person look at the portrait before it ships?
Yes, and that is the part we will not skip. AI makes the first version, then someone on our team checks the likeness, the eyes, the ears and the fur against your photo and corrects what the model got wrong. Nothing prints or sends until it has been through that.
