What Is the Neon Witch Pet Portrait Style?
A neon Halloween pet portrait puts your real dog or cat inside a graphic screenprint. The face stays photographic, down to the fur strands and the shine on the nose. Will my pet still look like a real animal?

My photo is not of my pet sitting. Does that matter?
No. This style seats your pet and shows both front paws, so a running, standing or lying down photo is rebuilt into that pose. If the photo shows only the head, the body is inferred conservatively from what is visible and the coat carries on from there, never in colours the photo does not show.
Does my pet's name appear on the portrait?
Only if you ask for it. Add the name and it is lettered on a gothic cartouche at the bottom, with the paws sitting above it. Leave it off and the cartouche is removed completely rather than left blank, and there is no other text anywhere in the artwork.
Does this work for cats as well as dogs?
Yes, both. The hat and cape are fitted to whatever head and shoulders your pet actually has, and the ears stay their natural shape rather than being pushed into the hat.
