How does Pet Pic Portraits work?
Browse our art styles, upload your pet photo, and get a free AI preview in well under a minute, right on the page. Love it? Add it to your cart, pick your print size, and check out. We enhance the image to print-ready resolution and ship it to your door.
How long does it take to get my portrait?
The AI preview takes well under a minute. After checkout we enhance your artwork, which takes about 1 business day and is already counted in the windows here. Classic fine art prints typically arrive in about 1 to 2 weeks, classic hanging posters and classic framed prints in about 1 to 2 weeks, and gallery fine art prints in about 2 weeks. Canvas takes about 2 to 3 weeks. Pet Pic Portraits has some frames that ship within 5 to 7 business days, and others that take on average 3 weeks to ship. Frames that ship fast are marked. Transit adds 3 to 5 business days. Every piece is made to order. Digital downloads are emailed in 1 to 2 business days.
What print options are available?
Every portrait comes as a print, a canvas, a framed piece, metal or acrylic, a tabletop piece or a digital download. Starting prices, shipping included: Art Prints from $25, Tabletop & Desktop from $61.95, Canvas Prints from $64, Framed Prints from $69 and Metal & Acrylic from $88. The digital download is $37 on its own, or $19 when you add it to any print. Every size and price is on the shop page.
Can I put more than one pet in one portrait?
Yes, through a custom request. The style pages make one pet per photo. For two or more pets in one portrait, send one photo of each pet, up to 5, on the custom request page and tell us how you picture them together. It's $50, and we make it for you.
Can I request changes to my portrait?
Yes. Before you pay, you can try other photos and styles with your 3 free previews, and 3 more when you leave your email. If you need more than that, contact us and we will help. Edits are free: add yours to Notes for our team when you order, and we send you the revision before we print or deliver it.
What types of photos work best?
JPEG, PNG, or WEBP. Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible. Close-up or mid-body shots work best. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images.
Do you offer digital-only versions?
Yes. The Digital Download includes high-resolution files for printing, screens and sharing. The digital download is $37 on its own, or $19 when you add it to any print. Added to a print, the files are emailed within 1 to 2 business days of your order, not held until the print ships.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! At checkout, enter the recipient's shipping address. We'll ship directly to them.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
What if my portrait arrives damaged or wrong?
We guarantee every portrait is sized and fitted to the size you choose. If anything is cropped, arrives damaged, or doesn't sit right, we replace it free. All sales are final, with no cancellations or refunds. Edits are free: add yours to Notes for our team when you order, and we send you the revision before we print or deliver it.
