Affiliate Terms
These terms cover the Pet Pic Portraits affiliate program (operated by BiznMotion LLC). By applying, you agree to the following.
1. No brand bidding
Do not bid on "Pet Pic Portraits," "petpicportraits," our domain, or close variants and misspellings in Google, Bing, or any paid search. Do not use our brand name or domain as the visible or display URL in paid ads. Paid traffic is welcome on non-brand terms.
2. No direct-linking from paid ads
Do not point your affiliate link straight from a paid ad to our site. Drive paid traffic through your own content or landing page first.
3. Disclose the relationship
Clearly disclose that you earn a commission (for example "#ad" or "affiliate link") wherever you promote us, in line with FTC guidelines.
4. No fake offers or coupon spam
Do not advertise discounts, coupon codes, or offers that do not exist, and do not post on coupon or deal sites claiming fake Pet Pic Portraits deals.
5. No impersonation or trademark misuse
Do not pose as Pet Pic Portraits, imply you are an official account, or use our name and logo in a way that suggests you are us.
6. No spam, cookie stuffing, or self-referrals
No unsolicited spam, no forcing or stuffing cookies, no incentivized fake traffic, and no buying through your own link to earn on yourself.
7. How tracking and attribution work
We use last-click attribution with a 60-day cookie. When a customer clicks your referral link, you are credited for any purchase they make within the next 60 days. If that customer later clicks a different affiliate link, the most recent click wins and the 60-day window resets to that newer click. Because tracking relies on cookies, attribution can be affected when a customer blocks cookies, browses privately, or switches devices.
8. Commissions and payouts
Commissions are earned on confirmed, non-refunded orders. Test, fraudulent, or refunded orders are excluded. Commissions for any activity that breaks these terms may be withheld or reversed, and we may remove an affiliate from the program at our discretion.
